1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the Power Pause to Perform platform and services ("the Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Power Pause to Perform, operated by Carolin Dahlman, Sweden ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Power Pause to Perform provides a subscription-based digital wellness platform offering:

• Streaming wellness videos (meditation, yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and related content)
• Short-form wellness tips and educational articles
• Downloadable documents and resources
• Progress tracking, achievements, and personalised recommendations
• Push notifications and email communications (with your consent)

The Service is designed for informational and personal wellness purposes only. It is not a medical service. Content is accessible via web browser and compatible mobile devices.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Use by organisations or for commercial purposes requires a separate written agreement.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Not share your account with any other person
• Notify us immediately at hello@powerpausetoperform.com of any unauthorised use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or are used fraudulently.

5. Subscription Plans and Pricing

5.1 Free Trial

New users may access a 7-day free trial. No payment information is required during the trial period unless you choose to upgrade. The trial is available once per user and may not be combined with other offers. At the end of the trial, access will cease unless you subscribe.

5.2 Paid Subscriptions

We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. Current pricing is displayed on the subscription page. Prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT or taxes where required by law.

Automatic Renewal: All paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current subscription price, unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Billing: Payments are charged to your payment method on file at the start of each billing period. Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe, Inc. Mobile in-app subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and managed through RevenueCat. By subscribing, you authorise the applicable store or payment provider to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. If prices increase, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the change takes effect for existing subscribers. Your continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5.3 Promotional Offers

From time to time we may offer extended free trials or discounted periods. Promotional offers are subject to their specific terms and may be limited, non-transferable, and available only to new subscribers unless stated otherwise.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your web subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting hello@powerpausetoperform.com. Mobile subscriptions must be cancelled through your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain full access to the Service until that date.

5.5 Refund Policy

Payments are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may apply where required by applicable consumer protection law. Web subscription refund requests may be sent to hello@powerpausetoperform.com. Mobile subscription refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store refund policies.

EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal: If you are located in the EU or EEA and subscribe to a paid plan, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. By accessing paid content within this 14-day window, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon accessing the digital content.

6. Intellectual Property and Content Usage Rights

All content provided through the Service — including but not limited to videos, images, text, graphics, audio, documents, and software — is owned by or licensed to Power Pause to Perform and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Permitted Use: Subject to your active subscription and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to stream and access content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Prohibited Use: You must not:

• Download, copy, reproduce, record, or distribute any content
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access the Service via your account
• Use content for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission
• Sublicence, sell, or transfer access to the Service
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service

Unauthorised use may result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to legal liability.

7. Health, Medical, and Wellness Disclaimer

Power Pause provides general wellness and educational content. The content available on the Service is for informational and personal wellness purposes only. It is:

• Not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, mental health disorder, or disease
• Not provided by licensed medical professionals in a medical capacity

Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness, exercise, or mindfulness programme, particularly if you have pre-existing physical or mental health conditions, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury or illness.

You participate in any physical or mental wellness activity at your own risk. Power Pause accepts no liability for any injury, harm, or adverse effect resulting from your use of content on the Service.

8. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Use the Service to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising
• Upload, transmit, or distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its underlying systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Engage in any conduct that could damage the reputation of Power Pause

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

10. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We reserve the right to:

• Temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues
• Modify, add, or remove features or content at any time
• Change, update, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) with reasonable notice where practicable

We will endeavour to provide advance notice of significant changes that materially affect the Service you have paid for. In the event of a material reduction in the Service during a paid subscription period, you may be entitled to a prorated refund at our discretion.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses
• Any warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Power Pause to Perform, its founder Carolin Dahlman, and any associated persons shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
• Physical injury or health consequences arising from use of wellness content
• Interruption of service, technical failures, or data loss
• Third-party links, services, or content accessible through the Service

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Power Pause to Perform, Carolin Dahlman, and any associated persons from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Your payment fails and cannot be resolved within a reasonable period

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us. Upon termination, your licence to use the Service and its content ends immediately.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts for resolution of any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service.

EU/EEA Consumers: If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you may also have the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence and to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Before pursuing formal legal action, we encourage you to contact us at hello@powerpausetoperform.com to attempt to resolve any dispute informally.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Power Pause to Perform with respect to your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
